Project overview:

Shadforth was engaged to construct lead-in infrastructure as part of the Redbank Motorway Estate, a leading industrial development in the greater Brisbane region. This included completion of Redbank Link Bridge, which offered direct access to the Ipswich Motorway, and the construction and upgrade of more than 3km of external roads, as well as trunk power, water and sewer.

Over two stages, the estate was completed by Shadforth with a civil construction cost of just over $40 million and it is now home to businesses such as Australia Post, Rheinmetall, DB Schenker and multiple national logistics companies.
