Subcontractor Compliance
Shadforth always aims to build strong relationships with its subcontractors, who are carefully selected based on the shared goal of safe and quality workmanship. Compliance with Shadforth safety, environment and quality policies ensures all work is carried out to the highest standard.
Subcontractor Prequalification and Site Onboarding
Shadforth utilises the inhouse ShadConnect system to ensure all subcontractors (including subcontractors engaged by Shadforth subcontractors) undergo a company prequalification.
It is Shadforth policy that all subcontractors maintain a compliant pre-qualification status to access Shadforth sites and/or complete works for Shadforth. Subcontractor company representatives should receive a registration email to complete the pre-qualification process. If your company has not yet received a registration email, please email the Shadforth Compliance Team.
Once the Contractor is prequalified, they can be invited to onboard for a Shadforth project. The onboarding process requires, completing site onboarding forms, SWMS reviews and upload relevant documents for the works being undertaken by the Contractor.
Online Inductions
All contractors (including supervisors and employees), subcontractors, delivery drivers or any other person requiring access to Shadforth sites must complete the online Workplace Induction Course and the Project Specific Induction Course prior to entry on site. The induction covers a range of Shadforth expectations and WHS requirements applicable to Shadforth and the relevant site being entered.
