Redbank Motorway Estate is Brisbane’s leading industrial development located off the Ipswich Motorway in South West Brisbane. Shadforth is currently undertaking bulk earthwork and civil infrastructure works on a 75- hectare block situated directly along the Brisbane River.
The development boasts a significant civil infrastructure network with the construction of two separate 2400mm stormwater lines. These are situated 16m below FSL and extend through the property to outlet along the Brisbane River.
